Through the work of the sanctuary and its education, adoption, and spay/neuter programs, the mission of Happily Ever After is to provide both temporary and lifetime care to animals and bring about a time when all the companion animals born in to this world will be guaranteed a quality of life in a loving home.

Alison would like to be an only cat if possible (may be okay with others who have more of a carefree spirit). She likes laps and attention and typically doesn't like the camera...we got lucky!
It's Feel Food Friday and it looks like Augusta is feeling pretty good in her home!
Her family tells us: "Nine-year-old Augusta was adopted in December, 2014. She loves a warm fire on a snowy morning. She also loves to flop on the ground and demand to be petted. Her humans are happy to serve!"
Hopefully we are done with the snowy mornings for a few months...now it's time to enjoy the sun Augusta!
