Welcome To Happily Ever After...
Want To Volunteer?
"General Volunteer Safety Policy"
Volunteering at Happily Ever After (HEA) can be one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have. As a HEA Volunteer, you will be involved in a variety of areas and projects. You may also meet many others who love animals as much as you do.
Of course, the most rewarding thing you’ll gain is the satisfaction that comes from knowing that everything you do helps the animals!

Animal Daily Chores:
We are in need of volunteers to help feed, clean kennels, groom, bath and socialize the animals. No experience is necessary.
If you plan to volunteer, please try to arrive no later than 10:00am for morning chores (9:00am is best) and 3:00pm for evening chores. The animals are on a routine (feeding, naptime, playtime, quiet time, etc.)
Animal Socialization:
Pet socialization is always welcome. Volunteers that help socialize dogs and cats and practice basic skills can significantly improve the chances of placing them in permanent, loving homes. We would place you with your own dog or cat to work with. You can be a part of the rewarding feeling of placing your “student” with a wonderful new family!
Trades Men And Woman Needed:
We are always looking for skilled carpenters, electricians, repairmen, plumbers, painters and others with skills to keep HEA running and help with new developments.
Volunteer Contact Info:
If you would like to volunteer, please filll out and submit volunteer form.
Sign up to volunteer today with Amanda by email, heainfo@aol.com.
You may fill out our volunteer application, and email it or bring this with you to the Sanctuary. If you are under the age of 18 you will have to have a parent/guardian fill out a release form along with the volunteer application.
Please bring your own water and soft drinks. A sack lunch is also a good idea.
